Принятие федерального закона № 226 от 03.07.2016 "О войсках национальной гвардии России" касается всех сторон деятельности внутренних войск России, на базе которых создается национальная гвардия, в том числе и образовательной деятельности адъюнктур военных вузов внутренних войск, так как теперь адъюнктурам предстоит готовить научно-педагогические кадры высшей квалификации для войск национальной гвардии полномочия, права и обязанности, сфера деятельности которых существенно расширены. В образовательной деятельности адъюнктур военных вузов внутренних войск России в целях соответствия статьям ФЗ-226, в первую очередь, модернизация должна быть направлена на образовательные стандарты, учебных планы и рабочие программы, для обеспечения незамедлительной подготовки научно-педагогических кадров высшей квалификации. В статье авторы приводят пример такой модернизации на примере Статья 14. "Формирование и ведение банков данных о гражданах" ФЗ-226.
Adoption of the Federal law No. 226 from 7/3/2016 "About troops of national guard of Russia" concerns all aspects of the activity of internal troops of Russia based on which the national guard has been established, including the educational environment of the graduate military courses of the military higher education institutions of internal troops as now the graduate military courses should train the research and educational personnel of the top qualification for the troops of the national guard, the power, rights and obligations of which are significantly expanded. In the educational activities of the graduate military courses of the military higher education institutions of internal troops of Russia for the purpose of compliance to the points of the Federal Law - No. 226, first of all, the modernization shall be directed to the educational standards, educational plans and working programs, for ensuring the immediate preparation of the research and educational personnel of the top skills. In the article the authors give the example of such upgrading on the example of Article 14. "Forming and maintaining the databanks of the citizens" Federal Law - No. 226.
