Статья посвящена проблемам развития личности ребенка в условиях психологически безопасной развивающей среды дошкольного учреждения. Раскрыто понятие психологически безопасной развивающей среды, характеризуются условия и принципы психологической безопасности ребенка дошкольного возраста. Проведенный анализ позволил определить условия успешной организации психологически безопасной развивающей среды в ДОУ, а именно: взаимодействие и координация усилий всех работников учебного заведения (администрации, педагогического, медицинского и психологического персонала), учеников, их родителей в сфере защиты и поддержки здоровья детей; трансформация психологического сознания воспитателя; теоретико-психологическая подготовка воспитателя по проблеме сохранения, укрепления и формирования здоровья дошкольников. Практическое воплощение этих технологий выражается в том, что воспитатель отбирает то содержание обучения, максимально учитывает индивидуально-психологические особенности детей, обеспечивающих условия свободного и самостоятельного выбора деятельности, приобретение ребенком личностно значимых знаний.
The article is devoted to problems of development of the child's personality in a psychologically safe environment developing preschool. Opened the concept of psychological safety of the developing environment, characterized by the terms and conditions of psychological safety of pre-school age children. The analysis allowed us to determine the conditions of the successful organization of a psychologically safe developing environment in preschool, namely: cooperation and coordination of efforts of all staff of the institution (administration, teaching, medical and psychological staff), students and their parents in the field of protection and support of children's health; transformation of psychological consciousness of the educator; theoretical and psychological preparation of the educator on the issue of preserving, strengthening and formation of preschool children's health. This area involves the use of psychological techniques and technologies aimed at the development of physical, psychological, social and spiritual health of the child. The practical implementation of these technologies is reflected in the fact that the teacher selects the content of education, as much as possible take into account the individual psychological characteristics of children, providing conditions for a free and independent choice of activities, the acquisition of the child personally significant knowledge).
