В статье рассмотрена роль научного руководителя при обучении адъюнктов с применением дистанционных образовательных технологий. Обосновано что при наличии необходимых профессиональных характеристик (доктор наук, работа по теме исследований соискателя, наличие публикаций в ведущих российских и зарубежных изданиях), он должен строго соблюдать правила и нормы педагогической этики, обладать гуманистической направленностью личности. В процессе обучения придерживаться принципов индивидуализации, уважения личности адъюнкта и других субъектов образовательной деятельности, открытости, учета при организации разработки и реализации адъюнктом индивидуальной образовательной программы его возрастных, национальных, конфессиональных, гендерных, психологических и иных особенностей, т.е. являться тьютором для соискателя.
The article considers the importance of the research supervisor when training the graduates of military academy with use of remote educational technologies. The authors have proved that under condition of existence of the necessary professional characteristics (the doctor of sciences, work on the subject of researches of the applicant, existence of publications in the leading Russian and foreign editions), he should strictly follow the rules and standards of pedagogical ethics, including possessing of the humanistic orientation of the personality. In the course of training the supervisor is to adhere to the principles of individualization, to respect the identity of the graduated in a military academy and other subjects of educational activity, showing the openness and accounting the organization of development and implementation of the individual educational programs corresponding to the age, nationality, confessional, gender, psychological and other peculiarities of the graduated in a military academy, i.e. to be the tutor for the applicant.
