The article is devoted to questions of sports law, criminal law, fraud in sports as well as issues of criminal responsibility for fraud with the transfers of athletes. The sport today has an important place in the social, material and spiritual life of man. Modern sport is a social mechanism able to perform a wide range of public functions: disease prevention, promotion of health, maintenance of work efficiency, the Patriotic education of citizens, training them to defend the homeland, the development and strengthening of friendship between peoples. But modern sport is not only preparation for competitions and participation in them, modern sport is a complex field involving sports in addition to relationship the employment relationship, financial-economic, administrative, business and others. Often the relationships developed in sports and in the sports world is considered ordinary, do not fit into the modern legal picture. Sports lawyers have spent more than one year to put on the rails of sports legal relationship, but many issues still not resolved. One such issue is the question of the legal nature of transfers. On the basis of diversity of entrepreneurial activity in various spheres of public life, which are becoming every year more and more important in the life of the state, legal terminology, in particular criminal law and criminology, will need a change.
