Построена модель спортивной успешности в пауэрлифтинге с учетом генетического влияния полиморфных вариантов генов: IGF2, ACTN3, AMPD1 и CKMM; выявлено статистически значимое влияние на повышение показателя "становая тяга" следующих генотипов полиморфных вариантов генов: G/G - IGF2, R/R - ACTN3, C/C - AMPD1.
During the study we built a model of success in powerlifting sport based on the genetic influence of polymorphic variants of genes : IGF2, ACTN3, AMPD1 and CKMM. From the analysis of this model statistically significant effect of genotypes of polymorphic variants of genes : G/G - IGF2, R/R - ACTN3, C/C - AMPD1 and C/C - CKMM on the rate increase "squat with a barbell on your shoulders", "bench to horizontal bench, "and to "qualified" - G/G - IGF2 and C/C - CKMM. Also the study was showed a significant impact on improving the indicator "deadlift" following genotypes of polymorphic variants of genes: G/G - IGF2, R/R - ACTN3, C/C - AMPD1.
