В статье представлены результаты исследований авторов по обоснованию педагогических условий необходимых для воспитания у курсантов вузов внутренних войск МВД России офицерской чести. В качестве основных педагогических условий, необходимых для воспитания у курсантов вузов внутренних войск МВД России офицерской чести респонденты отметили создание предпосылок для воспитания потребности у курсантов в осуществлении добросовестных действий, а также направленность воспитательных воздействий на формирование позитивных мировоззренческих установок по отношению к занятиям, преподавателям и командирам. Респонденты обратили внимание также на использование воспитательных средств, для создания ясного представления о характере учебных и служебных задач, а также способах их эффективного решения. Большое значение имеют планирование мероприятий для обеспечения моральной поддержки со стороны преподавателей, командиров и товарищей по добросовестному выполнению учебных задач, а также воспитание негативного эмоционального отношения к несоответствиям соблюдения норм и правил поведения требованиям морали. Важными условиями являются создание объективных критериев для оценки проявления инициативы, настойчивости, энергии курсантов в ходе учебно-воспитательного процесса и направленность воспитательных воздействий на выработку способности у курсантов к выдержке и самообладанию.
Results of researches of authors on justification of the pedagogical conditions necessary for education at cadets of higher education institutions of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia of officer honor are presented in article. As the main pedagogical conditions necessary for education at cadets of higher education institutions of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia of officer honor, the respondents noted the creation of prerequisites for education of requirements at cadets for implementation of the conscientious actions, and also the orientation of the educational impacts on formation of the positive world outlook settings in relation to occupations, teachers and commanders. Respondents paid attention also to use of the educational means for creation of the fair idea of character of the educational and office tasks, and also ways of their effective decision. Great importance is given to the planning of the actions for ensuring the moral support from teachers, commanders and companions at conscientious performance of the educational tasks, and also education of the negative emotional attitude to the discrepancies of the observance of norms and rules of the conduct to requirements of morals. Important conditions are creation of the objective criteria for the assessment of manifestation of the initiative, persistence, and energy of cadets during the teaching and educational process and orientation of educational impacts on development of the ability to endurance and self-control at cadets.
