Креативно-оздоровительная деятельность представляет собой специфическую деятельность, заключающуюся в одновременной направленности на оздоровительный процесс, творческую деятельность и психосоциальный комфорт ребенка и рассматривается как синтез нескольких областей научного знания (искусства, науки, культуры). В статье излагаются результаты изучения функционального состояния опорно-двигательного аппарата детей дошкольного и младшего школьного возраста в процессе занятий креативно-оздоровительной направленности. Оценка функционального состояния опорно-двигательного аппарата позволяет контролировать характер происходящих изменений в организме ребенка в процессе занятий креативно-оздоровительной направленности и дает возможность корректировать программы занятий, добиваясь оздоровительного эффекта.
Creative and health-improving activity represents a specific activity that shows the simultaneous focus on the healing process, creativity and social-spiritual comfort of the child. This type of combination of sports and recreational activities is regarded as a synthesis of several areas of the scientific knowledge (art, science, culture). The article presents the results of the study of the functional state of the musculoskeletal system of preschool and primary school age children in the course of the creative and health-improving orientation lessons. Assessment of the functional state of the musculoskeletal system allows you to control the nature of the changes in the body of the child in the course of the creative and health-improving orientation lessons and makes it possible to adjust the exercises program, achieving their expressed health effects.
