В статье представлены результаты исследований автора по выявлению факторов, определяющих необходимость улучшения воспитания морально-волевых качеств у военнослужащих внутренних войск МВД России с использованием средств единоборств. В качестве основных факторов, определяющих необходимость улучшения воспитания морально-волевых качеств у военнослужащих внутренних войск МВД России с использованием средств единоборств, респонденты отметили недостаточный уровень развития морально-волевых качеств у военнослужащих внутренних войск МВД России, а также тесную связь эффективности профессиональной деятельности с показателями морально-волевой подготовленности военнослужащих. Респонденты обратили внимание также на специфику профессиональной деятельности военнослужащих внутренних войск МВД России и на слабое научное обоснование технологии воспитания морально-волевых качеств у военнослужащих с использованием средств единоборств. Кроме того, они обратили внимание на отсутствие научно обоснованной методики воспитания морально-волевых качеств у военнослужащих с использованием средств единоборств. Менее важными факторами являются недостаточно эффективное применение средств единоборств, для развития морально-волевых качеств у военнослужащих внутренних войск МВД России, а также недооценка высокой эффективности использования средств единоборств, для воспитания морально-волевых качеств у военнослужащих и сильная зависимость формирования этих качеств от эффективности использования средств единоборств.
Results of researches of the author on identification of the factors defining the need in improvement of the moral and strong-willed qualities training at the military personnel of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with application of the single combats means have been presented in the article. As the major factors defining the need in improvement of the moral and strong-willed qualities training at the military personnel of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with application of the single combats means, respondents noted the insufficient level of development of the moral and strong-willed qualities at the military personnel of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, and also close connection of the efficiency of professional activity with the indicators of moral and strong-willed readiness of the military personnel. Respondents paid attention also to the specifics of the professional activity of the military personnel of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and to weak scientific justification of the technology for the moral and strong-willed qualities training at the military personnel with application of the means of single combats. Besides, they paid attention to lack of the evidence-based technique for the moral and strong-willed qualities training at the military personnel with application of the means of single combats. Among the less important factors are the insufficiently effective application of the means of single combats for development of the moral and strong-willed qualities among the military personnel of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, and also underestimation of high efficiency of application of the means of single combats for education of the moral and strong-willed qualities at the military personnel and strong dependence of formation of these qualities on the efficiency of the means of single c
