Предметом исследования представленной статьи выступают особенности мотивационной сферы личности подростков-спортсменов, отраженные через структурные взаимосвязи мотивов спортивной и учебной деятельности и в определенной степени обеспечивающие эффективную реализацию деятельностного аспекта спортивной и учебной активности. В результате исследования выявлены особенности взаимосвязей мотивов спортивной деятельности подростков-спортсменов, в большей степени характеризующихся взаимозависимостью в диаде мотивов "процесс - результат" и в меньшей степени - в диадах мотивов процессуального и результативного характера. Выявлено отсутствие достоверных связей между группами мотивов спортивной и учебной деятельности при том, что в каждой из групп мотивов присутствуют мотивы "процесса", "совершенствования (физического, личностного, познавательного), "результата" (спортивного и учебного), "престижа" (социальной оценки и социальных ожиданий успешности в виде деятельности), "удовольствия, удовлетворенности процессом" (эстетического, интеллектуального, физического развития). Значительная интегрированность мотивов спортивной деятельности отражается через связи: однородных и неоднородных мотивов процесса и результата; процессуальных мотивов неоднородного содержания; результативных мотивов различной содержательной направленности, и говорит об осмысленном отношении и большем понимании подростками закономерностей самосовершенствования в спортивной деятельности. The research subject of the given article are the features of motivational sphere of teenagers-sportsmen' personality, reflected by the structural interaction of sports and education activity motives and definitely allow to effectively implement the dynamic's aspect of sports and education activity. As a result of the analysis the features of motives of sports and education activity interaction have been revealed, mostly known to be a dyad of mutually dependent motives the "process - result" and hardly be remarkable as a dyad of motives of the procedural and eventual character. The absence of real connections between the groups of motives of sports and education activity could also be stated that each of these groups shapes the "motives", of the "accomplishment (physical, personal, cognitive), "result" (сsports and educational), "prestige" (social estimation and social expectations of successfulness in any kind of activity), "pleasure, satisfaction with the process" (esthetic, intellectual, physical perfection). The most part of the integration engagement of motives of sports activity apply through the ties: homogenous and heterogeneous motives of the process and the result of the heterogeneous contents; the eventual motives of various contents direction, and speaks for the conscious relationship and clear understanding of laws of perfection and a better understanding by teenagers of objective laws of improvement in sports activity. The low personal assessment of a row of motives of sports and education activity determines the need of further development of educational approaches toward the motivation sphere of teenagers-sportsmen, as far as high estimation data of motives having low successfulness in the sports and education activity and identify the challenges of troublesome zones in the operational and regulative aspects of sports and education activity of teenagers.
