Fundamental mechanisms of the heart beat (HB) adaptation variability can be revealed by creating a mathematical model for a CRG time series for the maximal load testing. The individual figures of models characterize the physical exercise (PE) tolerance, determine formation of the mixed endurance and reflect HB regulation being early and quantitative criteria of adaptation. Improvement of the PE tolerance is manifested in a longer time for the criterion achievement and/or shorter RR-intervals in it. Revealed criteria can be used to forecast the physical exercise tolerance and allow us to be satisfied with a submaximal testing making it shorter and less labor-intensive with a simplified screening.
