Одной из проблем, возникающей в армейской среде, остается - взаимопонимание между военнослужащими разных национальностей. С целью предотвращения и не допущения развития конфликтных ситуаций необходим ряд действенных мер не только воспитательного характера, но и педагогического. Каждый командир независимо от его воинского звания и должности должен уметь работать с личным составом и предчувствовать ситуацию, развивающуюся в коллективе подчиненного ему подразделения. Одним из вариантов решения может послужить - моделирование тех или иных ситуаций и, как следствие, построение модели формирования культуры межнационального общения с использованием педагогических основ.
One of the problems arising in the army environment remains the mutual understanding between the military personnel of the different nationalities. For the purpose of prevention and avoiding the development of the conflict situations a number of the effective measures of not only the educational character, but also of pedagogical one is necessary. Each commander irrespective of his military rank and position has to be able to work with the staff and to have presentiment of the situation developing among the staff of the division subordinated to him. Modeling of these or those situations and, as a result, elaboration of the model for the formation of the culture of international communication with application of the pedagogical bases can serve as version for the decision.
