В статье представлены результаты исследований по обоснованию педагогической технологии управления развитием коммуникативных способностей у студентов вузов физической культуры. Данная технология состоит из четырех этапов, имеющих свои целевые установки, задачи, средства, методы и формы развития коммуникативных способностей у студентов вузов физической культуры. На первом этапе осуществляется оценка уровня развития коммуникативных способностей, а также проводится выявление уровня развития способностей связно высказывать свои мысли. На втором этапе осуществляется формирование и развитие необходимых навыков свободного общения в профессиональной сфере. На третьем этапе осуществляется определение наиболее слабо развитых коммуникативных способностей у студентов и их корригирование. На четвертом этапе проводится оценка эффективности развития коммуникативных способностей у студентов. В процессе педагогического эксперимента доказана высокая эффективность разработанной педагогической технологии управления развитием коммуникативных способностей у студентов вузов физической культуры.
The article presents the results of researches on justification of pedagogical technology of management of development of communicative abilities at students of higher education institutions of physical culture. This technology consists of four stages with the corresponding purposes, tasks, means, methods and ways of development of communicative abilities at students of higher education institutions of physical culture. At the first stage the assessment of the level of development of communicative abilities is carried out, and also the identification of the level of development of abilities to introduce the ideas coherently is carried out. At the second stage the formation and development of necessary skills of free communication in the professional sphere is carried out. At the third stage the determination of most poorly developed communicative abilities at students and their correlation is carried out. At the fourth stage the assessment of efficiency of development of communicative abilities at students is carried out. In the course of pedagogical experiment high efficiency of the developed pedagogical technology of management of development of the communicative abilities at the students of higher education institutions of physical culture has been proved.
