    В статье представлены результаты исследований по обоснованию психолого-педагогических условий, необходимых для эффективного управления развитием коммуникативных способностей у студентов вузов физической культуры. Авторы отмечают, что эффективность управления развитием коммуникативных способностей у студентов вузов физической культуры во многом зависит от создания целого комплекса психолого-педагогических условий. К ним относятся: соблюдение этапов в управлении развитием коммуникативных способностей у студентов вузов физической культуры; умение преподавателей раскрывать коммуникативные способности у студентов в ходе общения; использование методических приемов для понимания индивидуальных особенностей каждого студента в процессе коммуникативной деятельности. Сюда же авторы относят: планирование развития коммуникативных способностей в процессе физкультурно-спортивной деятельности; оптимальное сочетание профессионально-коммуникативного взаимодействия студентов во время занятий; организацию комплекса мероприятий по развитию коммуникативных способностей у студентов в процессе их подготовки в вузе; объективную оценку уровня развития коммуникативных способностей у студентов вначале и в ходе обучения в вузе; разработку объективных критериев уровня развития коммуникативных способностей у студентов, с учетом особенностей физкультурно-спортивной деятельности.

    In article, the results of researches on justification of the psychology and pedagogical conditions necessary for effective management of development of communicative abilities at students of higher education institutions of physical culture have been presented. Authors note that effective management of development of the communicative abilities at students of higher education institutions of physical culture depends on creation of the whole complex of psychology and pedagogical conditions. Among them: observance of stages in management of development of communicative abilities at students of higher education institutions of physical culture; ability of teachers to open communicative abilities at students during communication; use of the methodical skills for understanding of the specific features of each student in the course of communicative activity. Authors carry here: the planning of development of communicative abilities in the course of sports and sports activity; the optimum combination of the professional and communicative interaction of students during occupations; the organization of a complex of actions for development of the communicative abilities at students in the course of their preparation in higher education institution; the objective assessment of a level of development of the communicative abilities at students in the beginning and during training in higher education institution; the development of objective criteria for level of development of the communicative abilities at students, taking into account features of sports and sports activity.
