    The article presents the study of formation of the cognitive and regulatory universal educational actions at physical training lessons at primary school in accordance with the Federal state educational standard of the new generation. This study is based on the use of specially selected mobile, sports and psychological games for the lessons of physical culture aimed at development of the potential abilities of the student, ability to set the learning objectives for them, design the ways of their implementation, monitor and evaluate their achievements. See peculiarities of the use of games for the separate lesson. The detailed information on the results obtained under the specially developed methods of assessment of formation of the universal learning activities among the children in primary school has been stated.
