В статье представлены результаты теоретического анализа проблемы формирования ценностного отношения студентов к будущей профессии в период обучения в вузе. Обоснована актуальность вопроса места и роли ценностей в генезисе личности, а также востребованность ценностного регулирования социального поведения будущего специалиста в образовательных системах. Анализируя труды отечественных педагогов и психологов, формируется убеждение, что ценностное отношение к профессиональной деятельности у будущего специалиста проявляется через изменение его внутренней позиции как основы регуляции направленности личности. В образовательных учреждениях, важно строить учебно-воспитательный процесс с учетом того, что существуют специфические ценности, актуальные для определенной профессии, в частности для педагогической. Осознание значимости ценностного отношения к осваиваемой профессии требует специальной работы, включающей в себя различные этапы, определяющие последовательность формирования ценностей и ценностного отношения: получение и осознание информации - при демонстрации студентам объективных и субъективных ценностей, при обсуждении разного типа проблем, связанных с будущей профессиональной деятельностью, при исследовании ситуаций профессионального выбора, присвоение осмысленных ценностей и становление мотивационной сферы.
The article presents the results of the theoretical analysis of the problem of the formation of the value attitude of students towards the future profession during the period of study at the University. The urgency of the question of the place and role of values in the genesis of personality, and the demand of the value regulation of the social behavior of the future specialist in educational systems have been substantiated. Analyzing the works of the domestic pedagogues and psychologists the belief is formed that the value attitude related to the professional activity of the future specialists is manifested through the change in its inner position as the basis for the regulation of orientation of the individual. In educational institutions, it is important to plan the educational process taking into account the fact that there are specific values that are relevant to a particular profession, in particular for teachers. Awareness of the importance of the value attitude to the mastered profession requires the special work, including the various stages that define the sequence of formation of values and value relations: obtaining and understanding of the information - when you show the students the objective and subjective values, when discussing different types of problems related to their future professional activity in the study of situations of the professional choice, assigning the meaningful values and the formation of the motivational sphere.
