В работе представлен алгоритм разработки и реализации стратегии развития адаптивного спорта на региональном уровне, основными разделами которой являются: общие положения, проблемы развития адаптивного спорта в Ивановской области, цель и задачи развития адаптивного спорта в регионе, организация финансирования деятельности региональной структуры спорта инвалидов, основные механизмы и принципы реализации Стратегии, этапы реализации Стратегии, ожидаемые результаты, риски, механизмы контроля. Основной целью Стратегии является развитие массового адаптивного спорта в Ивановской области, подготовка спортсменов-инвалидов различных нозологических групп для паралимпийской сборной Ивановской области и России, а также для сурдлимпийской сборной страны.
The work presents the algorithm of the development and realization of strategy for development of adaptive sports at the regional level, the main sections of which are: General provisions, problems of the development of adaptive sports in the Ivanovo region, the aim and tasks of development of adaptive sports in the region, the organization of financing of the activities of the regional disabled sports structures, the basic mechanisms and principles of the Strategy, the stages of the implementation of the Strategy, expected results, risks, control mechanisms. Work has been carried out under the financial support of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation. Main objective of the Strategy is development of mass adaptive sports in the Ivanovo region, preparation of the disabled athletes of various nosological groups for the Paralympic national team of the Ivanovo region and Russia, and also for Deaflympic national team.
