    В статье представлены результаты исследований по выявлению типологических признаков образовательной среды, необходимых для эффективного профессионального развития курсантов в вузах внутренних войск МВД России. Авторами установлено, что образовательная среда является средством педагогического мониторинга уровня профессионального развития курсантов в вузе и готовности к военно-профессиональной деятельности во внутренних войсках МВД России; она выступает дифференцированной системой подготовки по отдельным направлениям профессионального развития курсантов; она образует субстрат индивидуализированной деятельности, переходной от учебной ситуации к будущей службе во внутренних войсках МВД России; она существует как определенная социальная общность, развивающая совокупность межличностных отношений в контексте адаптации курсантов к службе во внутренних войсках МВД России.

    The article presents the results of researches on identification of typological factors of the educational environment necessary for effective professional development of cadets in higher education institutions of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The authors found that the educational environment is considered to be the means of pedagogical monitoring of the level of professional development of cadets in higher education institution and readiness for military professional activity in internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia; it acts as the differentiated system of preparation for the separate directions of professional development of cadets; it forms the substratum of the individualized activity, transitional from an educational situation to future service in internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia; it exists as the certain social community developing the set of the interpersonal relations in a context of adaptation of cadets to service in the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
