Сложившаяся система подготовки курсантов вузов внутренних войск МВД России не позволяет в полной мере решить задачи по формированию навыков мужественного поведения в напряженных ситуациях военно-профессиональной деятельности. Отзывы на выпускников вузов внутренних войск МВД России показывают, что многим молодым офицерам в условиях выполнения служебно-боевых задач недостает уверенности в своих силах, смелости, решительности, терпения, стойкости, выдержки, самообладания. Очевиден дефицит психолого-педагогических знаний о сущности феномена мужество и способов его самовоспитания. В статье представлены результаты исследований по обоснованию педагогической модели воспитания мужества у курсантов вузов внутренних войск МВД России, а также проверке педагогических условий ее реализации. Проведенное исследование свидетельствует, что внедрение разработанной модели и создание педагогических условий ее реализации приводит к росту эффективности процесса воспитания мужества у курсантов.
The developed system of preparation of cadets of higher education institutions of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia doesn't allow solving to the full the problem of formation of skills of courageous behavior in intense situations of military professional activity. Responses on graduates of higher education institutions of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia show that many young officers in the conditions of performance of office and fighting tasks do not have enough confidence in the forces, courage, determination, patience, firmness, endurance, self-control. Deficiency of the psychology-pedagogical knowledge of essence of the courage phenomenon and ways of its self-education is obvious. Results of the researches on justification of the efficiency of pedagogical model for the education of courage among the cadets of higher education institutions of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia have been presented in the article, and also the check of the pedagogical conditions of its realization. The conducted research testifies that introduction of the developed model and creation of the pedagogical conditions of its realization leads to growth of efficiency of process of education of courage at the cadets.
