    Исследована эффективность предложенных психолого-педагогических методов оптимизации уровня мотивации достижения у тунисских футболистов.

    Introduction: Development of motivation is one of the major challenges for modern football, currently the successes in this sport not only depends of the high level of physical, technical and tactical training football players, but also on their level of motivation to achieve high results. Problematic: We dispose of three methods to optimize the motivational level of Tunisian football players which we do not know yet their effectiveness and their impact. Objectives: our experimental study is a comparative analysis of methods to increase the motivation of achievement for Tunisian players between 16-17 years. Methods: The study was conducted between January 2013 and June 2013 based on these football clubs: "Etoile sportive du Sahel (ESS)" (Tunisia, Sousse) with which we used The method of development of concurrence, "Esperance sportive de Tunis (EST)" (Tunisia, Tunis) with which we used the Method of psycho-training, "Club Africain (CA)" (Tunisia, Tunis) with which we used the Method of individual counseling. We also did some Pedagogical experiments and Tests of personality (test Ehlers "To assess the motivation to succeed" and "The motivation for avoiding failure"). At the beginning of the experiment we assessed the level of motivation among the players in each of the four teams using the Ehlers test (motivation to succeed and to avoid failure). A test was conducted again at the end of the season to determine the evolution of the level of motivation.

    Conclusion: According to coaches there is an elevation in the level of efficiency in training and in matches. As for the comparison between the results of the three teams, we note that the three methods are good, but with different proportions: Results – for the first team "ESS" a year in the drive brought a lot more improvement in the speed and the level of productivity, competition and players became more ready for competition – the results of the 2nd team "EST" show that the motivational levels became better. – We notice the same results for the third team "CA" as well as a big improvement in their training level of concentration with stronger character qualities. We conclude, we can conclude that the motivation of the players has been optimized to achieve the best and effective gaming activities. It follows that the methods is recommended in the preparation of the regular players. Therefore, the method of individual counseling is the most effective.
