    В статье представлены результаты исследований по обоснованию психолого-педагогических условий, необходимых для повышения эффективности организации самостоятельной работы в вузах ГПС МЧС России с использованием индивидуальных заданий по дисциплинам математического цикла. К числу основных из них автор относит: поддержание устойчивой внутренней мотивации у студентов вузов ГПС МЧС России к самообразовательной деятельности; соответствие содержания самостоятельной работы требованиям учебных программ по дисциплинам математического цикла и индивидуальным возможностям обучающихся; разработка индивидуальных заданий по принципу постепенного наращивания их трудностей; готовность преподавателей вузов к взаимодействию со студентами и оказанию им помощи при выполнении индивидуальных заданий; разработка разнообразных индивидуальных заданий, раскрывающих содержание будущей профессиональной деятельности и имеющих элементы новизны; реализация и учет индивидуальных возможностей студентов вузов ГПС МЧС России к выполнению индивидуальных заданий; направленность индивидуальных заданий на развитие профессионально значимых качеств, необходимых сотруднику ГПС МЧС России; принятие мер по активизации деятельности студентов для получения новых математических знаний. В процессе педагогического эксперимента доказана высокая эффективность применения выявленных психолого-педагогических условий для организации самостоятельной работы в вузах ГПС МЧС России с использованием индивидуальных заданий по дисциплинам математического цикла.

    The article presents the results of researches on justification of the psychological-pedagogical conditions necessary for increase of efficiency of the organization of independent work in higher education institutions of the State fire service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia with application of individual tasks on disciplines of the mathematical cycle. The author carries to number of main of them the following: maintenance of steady internal motivation among the students of higher education institutions of State fire service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia to self-educational activity; compliance of the content of independent work to requirements of training programs on disciplines of the mathematical cycle and individual abilities of the trained; development of individual tasks by a principle of gradual accumulation of their difficulties; readiness of teachers of higher education institutions for interaction with students and rendering the help to them at performance of individual tasks; development of the various individual tasks, opening the content of future professional activity with novelty aspects; realization and accounting of individual abilities of the students of higher education institutions of the State fire service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia to individual tasks performance; orientation of individual tasks for development of professionally significant qualities, necessary for the employee of the State fire service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia; taking measures for activation of students' activity for receiving new mathematical knowledge.
