В статье рассматривается актуальная задача современного высшего образования - самореализация личности студента в процессе профессионального обучения. Автором выявлены критерии творческой самореализации студентов, к которым относятся мотивы, самостоятельность и удовлетворенность психологическая, физическая и социальная. Представлена модель процесса развития творческой самореализации в условиях вуза физической культуры, которая предполагает использование активных методов обучения: проблемный, частично-поисковый, исследовательский. В модели обозначены разнообразные формы обучения в вузе: лекции, круглые столы, семинары (классический, практический, проблемный и др.), исследовательская работа студентов, раскрыто содержание деятельности студентов и преподавателей: познавательная, лингвистическая, коммуникативная. Обозначены педагогические условия и ожидаемые результат обучения. Модель выступает технологической основой развития творческой самореализации у студентов вуза физической культуры русскому языку и культуре речи.
The article discusses the urgent problem of modern higher education - self-realization of student's personality in the process of professional training. The author reveals the criteria for creative self-realization of the students, which include motivation, self-reliance and psychological, physical and social satisfaction. The model for development of the process of creative self-realization in the conditions of the physical culture University, which involves the use of active methods of teaching: problem, partially exploratory, research has been presented. Various forms of training in higher school are indicated in the model: lectures, round tables, seminars (classical, practical, challenging and etc.), research work of the students, the content of the activity of students and teachers has been disclosed: cognitive, linguistic, and communicative. Pedagogical conditions and expected learning outcomes have been marked. Model serves as a technological basis for the students' creative self-realization at the university of physical culture at the classes of the Russian language and culture of speech.
