Изложены актуальные направления методического обеспечения подготовки спортсменов-единоборцев и рассмотрена проблема индивидуализации тренировочных нагрузок. Проведен анализ основных аспектов соревновательной деятельности, стилей ведения поединков, способов оценки результативности, вариантов индивидуализации технико-тактической, физической и психологической подготовки. Выявлены основные тренды в реализации высшего спортивного мастерства, что дает возможность целенаправленно изменять систему подготовки единоборцев в четырехлетнем цикле.
The article summarized the current directions of the methodical providing of preparation of sportsmen and the problem of individualization of training loads. The analysis of the main aspects of competitive activity, styles of combat, performance evaluation, options of individualization of technical-tactical, physical and psychological preparation. Identified the main trends in the implementation of the highest sports skill, giving the chance to change the system of training of the athletes in a four-year cycle. Methodology, procedure, tools to identify the individual characteristics of training, criteria of identification may reflect the current status of the athlete, and the type-specific features. The organization of the current and landmark control in long-term cycle is an important aspect of planning and consistency in this work is a guarantee of individualization of training of highly qualified sportsmen of national and club teams. The use of competition statistics in the process of psychological preparation of athletes, help optimize the psychological state of the athlete and increases his confidence on the precompetitive stage of training
