Системное исследование состава и динамики научных представлений о предмете, объекте и предметной области науки позволяет установить масштабы и причину неопределенности понятий, объективно подойти к решению вопроса о начале и порядке изложения системы знаний, разработать технологию конверсии образовательных программ.
The crisis state in a science is the natural phenomenon, but it is not the crisis of the science itself - it is the crisis of theories and doctrines which form that science. A scientific theory builds itself not only for the object's reflection, but as an instrument of its cognition to obtain the new knowledge about it. That is why a theory accelerates the science's development first, but first or last it begins to retard it. If the creative potential of a theory is exhausted, if it stopped to be the "lookout", the crisis situation appears, the psychological bar of cognition arises, which can not be overcome from the old theory's positions. The reasons of the contemporary physical culture theory's crisis and the ways to overcome it are considered in this article.
