The purpose of this paper was to consider the problem of the education in Russia improvement in the aspect of its reforming basing on the position of a creation or a revolution. According to the authors' point of view, the reformers approach to the elaboration of the conception for the educational system's development the main aim of this process is the personality's creation first of all through the substance and the educational technologies of tomorrow days, built on the nature development's regularities, on the natural development of the society's life, on the processes of a human spirit's development, on the principles of a united and an integrated world. The offered approach supposes the education for all; fundamentality; teaching basing on a research; the constructivism; the integrity of facts, phenomena, models of an investigation; the multidimensional evaluation; the pedagogical and social cooperation.
