    The purpose of the given paper is to consider the principles of wrestling tactics based on the positions of the conflicting activities theory. The author substantiates the stages of the conflict's development in wrestling as well as the aspects of the conflicting interaction, determining the manners of fighting. He offers the classification of strategies in a fighting and the mechanisms of the success'es achievement. The offered methodology for the tactics analyses in the limits of the conflicting activities' conception allows to perform the theoretical research of the competitive strategies and helps to perform the heuristic modelling of tactical-technical structures in the interests of the elite wrestlers' tactical training.
