    The purpose of this study was to reveal the effectiveness of the new form of the physical education organization at a nonspecialized school. 412 boys and 328 girls aged 10 and 11 acted as subjects of this research. The pedagogical experiment had proved the efficiency of the training form of physical education when pupils have the training sessions out of the limits of schools academic schedule in the groups of sports specialization choosen by each of them according their interests and desires. The training lessons were conducted three times a week during two academic hours each.
