This article is devoted to the detailed analysis of a tourist complex' structure, its subsystems and groups of elements detachment. A structural model of integral tourist complex is represented. The model includes all systems and subsystems of the modern tourist buisiness. In particular, the author noted the main elements of the tourist complex (METC), peripheral elements (PETC), organizational elements and marketing elements (MKETC). All parts of the model had been analyzed in details and explored with examples., It had been emphasized in the conclusions, that the success in tourist business could be provided only by effective and balanced functioning of all elements of the complex.
