    The author of this article conducts parallels between the UN's conception of human civilization's stable development and the concept of tourism's integrated regulation. The given conception includes four main components: geographical (natural specific of region), temporal (accounting of long-time purposes), segmental (accounting of nature users' different interests) and political ones (consultations between different political, economical and social groups). According to the author's opinion, the integrated regulation in a tourism should be oriented to rational using and saving of recreational zones and territories, to the problems' solving in global scale with the proper attention to all environmental components. It was noted in the conclusions, that the Russian domestic tourism should be also oriented to the stable development.
