    The aim of this article was to introduce readers to the problem of tourist rent. The author stated, that Russian domestic tourism is in critical stage nowadays. Real amount of tourist organizations and accomodative objects is steadily decreasing in the country. According to the author's opinion, one of the most essential causes of that is the absence of proper financial resources in the field. The problems solving lays, by the author's words, in establishing of tourist rent payment, which should be paid by tour operators. A model of the rent payment the author had described in his "twelve rules of economical game" represented in the article.
