    This article concerned around a problem of so-called "Effort syndrome" which follows nervous or physical over-loads. In sports practice the syndrome is developing itself by state of over-training. In many cases, the over-training induces the functional diseases of cardiovascular system, such as neurocirculative dystonia, neurocirculative asthenia, vegetovascular dystonia, hyperkinesis syndrome, functional and disregulative cardiac pathologies. The authors tried to analyze theinfluence of psycho-emotional means to persons with cardiovascular diseases. It was noted in the conclusions, that psycho-emotional means decrease one's subjective perception of physical loads' heaviness and influent positively to hemodynamic marks.
