    О проблеме подготовки педагогов спортивного танца в вузе физической культуры на основе компетентностного подхода.

    The solution to the problem of training teachers of dance sport at the University of physical culture on the basis of the competence approach offers the possibility of building models that are optimal for the higher education system. Theoretical consideration of the operation of the process of development of competences of students as analyzed the system should be based on a certain abstraction in combination with research. Therefore, as the object of research is not the system itself, and its model. In order to create conditions for achieving professionalism, it is necessary to model their future professional activity in educational process. The structure-functional model of sport dancing teachers' training in the higher professional educational establishment of physical culture, based on competency-based approach is presented in the article. The model shows the main aim of the research work, consistent patterns, principles and pedagogical process objectives. The content of the professional training realization is also defined here, as well as readiness for professional activities criteria. Modeling of process of professional-pedagogical training of physical culture and sport have enabled us to present a complex and multifaceted pedagogical structure of the studied phenomenon. In the model the main objective of the study, regularities, principles, objectives of the educational process, the pedagogical conditions of realization of process of training and criteria competence of University students of physical culture for future professional activity.
