Выявлено, что по вине пешеходов происходит очень большое количество дорожно-транспортных происшествий. Причиной этого является то, что многие пешеходы не соблюдают правила дорожного движения, таким образом подвергают себя и других участников дорожного движения опасности.
The article deals with the statistical analysis of road accidents occur due to the fault of pedestrians in Russia. Through the fault of pedestrians is very large number of road accidents. The reason for this is that many pedestrians do not respect the rules of the road, thus putting themselves and other road hazards and impunity on the part of pedestrians on the road. However, pedestrians are also provided penalties for violation of traffic rules, but they are not significant and they ignore pedestrians. In most cases, violations pedestrians are expressed in the intersection of the roadway at a red light or in a not provided for this place. Thus the road intended for the movement of vehicles and pedestrians to find them is to be the minimum time and clearly regulated by the rules of the road, otherwise - there is a real threat to the health and life of the offender. Self-preservation - that is the main motivation for any pedestrian, to meet traffic demands.
